Definition
To enable the industrial partner to transfer the ownership of the industrial license from a foreigner to a national or joint and back
Requirements
- No requests under processing for the factory
- A valid commercial registration
Conditions
1- The request must be submitted through the account of the new owner
2- A contract of sale certified by the Chamber of Commerce or an article of incorporation if the new owner is a company
3- A copy of the commercial register
4- Attach a location license and the environmental permit to the new owner
5- Non borrowing certificate from the Industrial Development Fund
6- Attach the investment license if the investment is foreign or joint
7- Attach a certificate of termination from the Ministry of Investment if the investment is modified to national
