• All digital systems and services of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and its affiliated entities.
• Ministry employees, contractors, and service providers involved in the design, development, and maintenance of the Ministry’s digital services.

• Facilitating access through the availability of Ministry services and information online and across various channels.
• Enhancing the quality of digital services to enable beneficiaries to complete their transactions easily and efficiently.
• Improving digital service accessibility by developing IT and communication infrastructure and providing high-speed connectivity.
• Ensuring the availability of fast and accessible digital services at all times through the development of mobile applications.
• Improving service quality by establishing evaluation and monitoring systems to ensure accessibility and enhance interaction between beneficiaries and the Ministry.

• Compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AAA guidelines to ensure accessibility for all individuals, including the elderly and people with disabilities.
• Compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers and magnifiers, ensuring that users with disabilities and older individuals can interact with the platforms.
• Regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
