Initiative Overview
Program aims to support Small and Medium size industrial companies to achieve the highest efficiencies by providing free consultancy from top-notch firms, to evaluate the maturity level and build Industry 4.0 roadmaps that would lead to upgrading operational excellence practices and introduce industry 4.0 technologies on SMEs to become a lighthouse to others and encourage them to apply its technologies and approaches.
Program objective
To contributes in increasing the competitiveness of the Saudi industrial sector, and keeping up with the latest industrial digital developments with global best practices.
Program’s target group
Small and Medium size industrial companies in all industrial sectors within MODON
Program benefits
- Provide free I4.0 transformation blueprint
- Free SIRI Assessment
- Providing training for the factory employees on Industry 4.0, utilizing world-class digital capability centers.
Eligibility Criteria
- It should have an operating license from Modon.
- At least 3 years of operations
- The status of the partner should be (productive).
- Site visit by MODON representatives to evaluate the partner and production lines.
Final Outputs
- Deep study for the current factory status.
- Build Industry 4.0 and operational excellence transformation roadmaps.
- Evaluate the maturity level and readiness for implementing I4.0 using SIRI
