Provide an advisory service to the participating factories by enabling them to apply the circular economy concept in order to maximize the benefit of using natural resources in manufacturing and increase the efficiency of manufacturing processes by adopting advanced technologies that’s lead to contribution of waste reduction and recycling.

- Al Qassim 1st industrial city
- Hail industrial city

Eligibility criteria
- Valid operation license
- Availability of operational data (Energy, and water consumptions, and waste data
- Agreement on applying proposed solutions
- Technical committee approval
