1. Establishing an independent center to enable the collection, classification, and coding of industrial data in Saudi Arabia. 

2. Operating the center for 5 years, which includes attracting highly qualified staff to collect, classify, encode, and analyze industrial data in Saudi Arabia. Providing digital services and spreading knowledge to the industrial sector through consultations, training, periodicals, seminars, etc.
