Through this service, reimbursement of fees of the registration of products in e-commerce and attracting potential clients platforms to expand the reach of Saudi products amongst foreign markets.
Ceiling and Coverage
Reimbursement of 70% of fees up to a ceiling of 55,000 SAR.
Activities Covered
- E-commerce website registration cost including (registration
of products listings).
- Search engine optimization.
Conditions
- The applicant must be one of the authority's clients
registered on the website of the authority.
- · The client must have completed the export readiness assessment. The date of registration shall not be before the date of approval of the application.
- The establishment of the applicant must have completed one
year or more carrying out business activities since its establishment.
- The products of the client must be Saudi-made and not banned
to export. In case of service activities, such activities must be provided
by an establishment based in Saudi Arabia.
- The client's establishment must not have an activity ban, not
be under liquidation or bankruptcy and no financial
obligations to the authority.
General Policies
- The applicant must submit documents that confirm his
registration in e-commerce platform before
disbursement of his incentive including (registration invoice and sharing the facility’s link on the platform with a
photo of the facility’s page on the platform. The client must submit a commercial
registration, claim letter and required documents after completing the
service.
- The client must submit the application before utilizing the
service.
- The disbursement requirements must be submitted within 30 days
of approval of the application and no application will be considered after
the specified period, except if the client provides a valid reason and
enough budget is still available.
- The registration period is one year only.
- The client must submit reports on his experience in e-commerce platform upon request.
- The client must explain the need for the incentive by
presenting the anticipated outcome in his application for example
(increase in sales, gained expertise in specific areas and markets, market
expansion, etc.).
- The maximum benefit limit from the Saudi Export Incentive
program is 700,000 SAR during the fiscal year.

Required Documents to Apply:
- An extract of commercial register issued in the last 6 months.

- An authorization letter
issued by the establishment, a legitimate agency or similar document with
a copy of ID card of the person who makes the incentive request on behalf
of the establishment (a copy of ID card only in case of the applicant is
the owner).
- Any documents which evidence those products are manufactured
or produced in Saudi Arabia, such as (a certificate of origin or an
industrial license).
Required Documents after
Completing the Service:
- A disbursement request form.
- A certified form of the
company's bank account.
- The original invoice of payment fees.
- An extract of commercial register issued in the last 6 months.
