This service (one of the exploitation licenses) aims to enable the beneficiary to issue a building materials quarry license for minerals of category C.
Conditions
Technical sufficiency and financial ability of the investor based on articles 41, 43 and 44 in part four of the implementing regulations of the mining investment system issued by a royal decree No. M/140 on 19/10/1441 AH.
Required Documents
-A license work program form.
-An environmental impact management plan and rehabilitation plan form.
-A social impact management plan form.
-A letter of bank guarantee form.
-Providing a proof of technical competence and financial ability.
