To facilitate the process of tracking the progress and status of transactions
This service allows the holder of a license (exploration or exploitation) to transfer their license to another eligible investor. This process is overseen by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and technical standards.
Extends license validity for up to five years upon meeting all requirements.
This service enables industrial investors to obtain a customs exemption for machinery, equipment, and spare parts after obtaining an industrial license.
An electronic service that enables industrial investors to permanently cancel their industrial licenses.
This service enables industrial investors to obtain workforce approval based on the establishment’s labor needs, following an on-site assessment.
This service allows industrial investors to request a permit for importing and clearing unrestricted chemicals necessary for production within the industrial facility. The request is evaluated by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in coordination with relevant authorities, in accordance with updated regulations.
Allows the industrial investor to permanently cancel the industrial license.
This service enables industrial investors to obtain an additional customs exemption to increase the quantity of exempted raw materials within the licensed limit or add licensed raw materials that have not been previously exempted.
The License Issuance Service enables individuals or companies to apply for and obtain mining-related licenses, including reconnaissance, exploration, exploitation, and general purpose licenses. The service is regulated by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and technical standards.
Allows modification of license details, including general information (such as type and contact details) or technical data (such as products, machinery, and raw materials).
The license renew service involves extending the validity and continuity of the license. This service includes submitting renewal applications, updating required documents and information, and paying the associated fees. The purpose of renewing a license is to allow the operator to continue their mining activities in a legal and regulated manner.
"This service allows industrial investors to request a permit for importing restricted chemicals required for production within industrial facilities. The request is evaluated by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in coordination with relevant authorities, in accordance with the updated executive regulations of the Chemical Import and Management System, based on Ministerial Decision No. 4503 dated 09/06/1438 H.
This service enables licensed industrial establishments to submit periodic industrial surveys to update their industrial registry data with the National Center for Industrial and Mining Information. It ensures compliance with the Unified GCC Industrial System requirements, as per the executive regulations of the Unified Industrial Regulation Law for GCC countries.
The Certificate of Origin service is an e-service that enables local exporters and manufacturers to issue a certificate of origin and follow it up electronically without the need to visit the ministry in order to save time and effort.
License Modify service allows the licensee to amend the minerals or increase the license area. Which supports the investor to achieve exploration or exploitation goals based on operational findings.
Relinquish license allows the license owner to partially or completely abdicate the license along with its rights and obligations associated with mining activities. This requires submitting an official request to cancel the license and providing reasons for relinquishing it. The aim of this service is to provide an opportunity for the owner to relinquish the if it is undesirable or for any other reason that necessitates discontinuing the authorized mining activities.
It is a document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to the industrial investor to start completing the requirements that help him establish the industrial project. It is valid for only one year and does not entitle the owner to start production.
